The Baltimore Ravens and offensive coordinator Greg Roman decided to part ways in early 2023. Prior to this, Roman was rumored to be a top candidate for some college offensive coordinator positions, as well as parting ways with the Ravens after having an interview to be the offensive coordinator of the Washington Commanders. Now it looks like Roman is taking a break from coaching for the 2023 season.
in an interview with 33rd team, Roman was asked what he was going to do with his 2023 season. The former Baltimore coach said he will have a hand in high school football and will also be in touch with the college schedule.
After four years as the Ravens’ offensive coordinator, Greg Roman is retiring from coaching for the 2023 season.
Roman said he would “have a hand” in high school football and the college program as well.

Roman is likely to coach again, but it may not be for an NFL organization. He may end up in the college game before he gets another shot at the NFL. New Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken was in the NFL, then went back to coach in college before getting a job in Baltimore.
